人口減・過疎化・高齢化を乗り越え、”創建1200年祭”の幕開け！
平安が息づく悠久の杜に永久（とわ）の灯りを燈す祭り　
八戸文化財　北斗の大杉鉾杉「杜の奉納祈願祭」

PROGECTを立ち上げた背景

豊崎町は、八戸市の最も西に位置し、古くは、盛岡南部藩の管轄地域で七崎永福寺（現在の宝照山普賢院）は、同藩の祈願寺でした。豊崎町は、昭和30年（1955年）10月20日に、八戸市に編入（合併）されています。八戸市で、最も、人口減が加速している地域の一つです。　

　豊崎町の人口は、２０２２年現在、過去１５年で５００人の人口減！２０２５年現在、過去３年で、１００人の人口減が進行中！現在の人口は１４４６人。・・・歯止めが止まりません！　少子化時代に生まれた小学生徒数３７人！（５０年で７５％減）。「通学の子供たちを数えるのも、片手で足る程わずかです！」

青森県北奥羽地方の14町村の将来推計人口は、2050年までに半減すると報道されたばかりです。

しかし、社寺で歴史のある豊崎町の２０５０年の人口推計は、５０％を超え６０～最悪７０％の人口減が推計されます。「これは、確実に訪れる地域の未来像です！」

「対策を講じることなく、何もしないでいると、歴史ある古社と地域の未来は、確実に消えていきます！」

「総代会」や「地域住民」と一致団結し、「人々の暮らしの心の支えとして、神社を拠点に代々育まれていた祭りなどの活気の再生」へ向け、以下に取組んでいます！

　　　　　　　①「１２００年記念祭復興整備事業」＝”屋根葺き替え工事”と”被災した箇所の修復”

　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　（本殿・拝殿・摂社・神門・お神輿殿）

　　　　　　　　➁平安から息づく”一千年の鎮守の杜”「大杉・鉾杉」等の『観光化推進！』

　　　　　　　　　③八戸指定文化財大杉・鉾杉『杜の奉納祈願』の新設（９/６～７）

　神社をハブとした”新なコミュニティ”を復活させることで、驚愕な人口減の未来に備え、少しでも多くのご参拝者や観光客の誘致へ、古社の存続とひいては地域の未来再生」へ向け、取組んでいます。ご支援の程、宜しくお願い致します。

今後更に

八戸市豊崎町の

人口減！高齢化！過疎化！は、確実に進行してゆきます！

こうした中で、

「創建１２００年奉祝記念祭」へ向けて

急を要する「本殿拝殿等の屋根葺き替え」（復興整備事業）を滞りなく完了し、

古社を存続していく為には、

地元の”力”だけでは、どうにもなりません！

プロジェクトに取り組んでいます。

To all overseas supporters:

Narasaki Shrine, which was founded 834 years ago and is located in Toyosaki-cho, Hachinohe City, Aomori JAPAN Prefecture (population: 1,446), has been deteriorating due to repeated natural disasters such as the Great East Japan Earthquake and Typhoon No. 10. Before the 1,200th anniversary of its founding, it is urgent to re-roof the main hall, worship hall, and other buildings, and to repair damaged areas. We are working on such reconstruction and improvement projects.

However, due to the accelerating local population decline, aging, and declining birthrate, it is becoming difficult to raise project funds through local donations.

When I think of the hardships of our predecessors who overcame the hardships of the times to keep this ancient shrine, which was founded 834 years ago, alive, I cannot give up on the reconstruction of Narasaki Shrine in our generation. "I want to somehow connect the will of the enshrined deity to a future filled with the big dreams and hopes of 37 local elementary school students born in an era of declining birthrates!" I feel a great sense of responsibility.

Therefore, in order to preserve and continue the Narasaki Shrine, we established a non-profit organization, the Narasaki Shrine Preservation Eternal Association, in 2022 and are seeking supporters through crowdfunding and other means.

As it is difficult to raise funds for the reconstruction and development project, we would like to ask for your support from people overseas.
